I'm feeling like a fat pig right now. I just took my measurements and I am still totally disgusted with my results. You hear people talk about the perfect female hourglass measurements and I feel like I am so incredibly far off from being beautiful. I know it shouldn't matter, but it still hurts. Anyways, here's my measurements as of today. (May 7, 2006)

Neck-15.5"
Chest-41"
Biceps-17"
Forearm-12"
Waist-41"
Hips-44"
Thigh-26.5"
Calf-15.5"

My weight this morning was around 224.5 pounds.

Tomorrow I think I am going to try going to the gym for a few hours. I haven't been able to work with my trainer all last week, so I've put on a pound or so. I can't do anything vigourous and I am not allowed to lift weights (according to my trainer's rules)....so I think I am going to spend an hour and 1/2 in the pool. I haven't swam in a few months and I love it, so I think that's what I'll do tomorrow.
