Day 5 - I completed my challenge with lots of burning.
Day 6 - I missed this day...not sure why.
Day 7 - I completed my challenge with more burning...whew! My husband added weights to my ankles while I did the leg lifts - OMG...that killed me. LOL It was only 3 lbs, too.
I will be doing front leg lifts with the weights tonight instead of the side leg lifts. The burning I have in my abs feels really good - doesn't hurt...just burns. When I do the leg lifts my hips and butt hurt so bad...it is tough to complete 2 minutes each leg.
Glad to hear that you are doing the yoga...I couldn't stick with yoga...didn't like it at all.
