Days 3,4,5 & 6
On day 3 I tried the Yoga CD you get from McDonald's when you order a premimum salad and drink. It was a little different because "Maya" is a virtual trainer. The dvd says it is a 15 minute workout and you think it is one workout but they give you options to allow you to customize your workout. It will take a little bit to get used to but I will do it again throughout this challenge. On days 4-6 I did the 12 poses again. My YogaNow is here but stuck at the condo office because of their inconvenient office times. I hope to be able to pick up my stuff this week. My new water shoes are there too. I am excited about those too.
