I haven't heard anything yet. I still have to wait for my appointment this Wed (May 10th). Hopefully they can tell me what's wrong, because it's really been bothering me lately. I hate not knowing!!
I used yesterday as my cheat day and made hot wings and potato wedges..they were so yummy.
I haven't been to the gym all week because my trainer refuses to let me workout. He says if it's a hernia or something, exercise can be bad...I've been trying to do some light cardio and going for walks...I have only gained a pound this week, so I am not too worried about it yet.
Hopefully after this week, I can get myself back into routine.
