BBW (big beautiful women)

Know what I'm talking about here? Those women you see who say "Hey -- here I am!! I am big and sexy, and have all these beautiful soft curves....."
Do you think that's a healthy attitude?
I mean, it's always nice to see someone confidant, someone who really does love themselves....And I don't think anyone who's over weight should feel bad about themselves, or feel like they need to apologize for being who they are either. But sometimes these women almost glorify it. They make it seem desireable. And I wonder if someone who really would like to lose weight and get healthy, might not change their minds and think 'Well, heck yeah, I'm a big beautiful woman too!'
The bottom line is being overweight isn't healthy. I do not believe that one-size fits-all. I don't believe you can never be 'too thin'. I think it's great when someone is comfortable with the body God gave them. But I'm not sure it's a good thing, to make it seem like being over-weight is great.
Eh -- I don't even know what I'm trying to say here. I guess women like this make me uncomfortable. It's just so important to do what's best for you-- what's best for your health. Even though these women might indeed be very beautiful, they probably aren't as healthy as they should be. I think a lot of health problems from being overweight take time to develop. You might be fine in your 20's and 30's, but start having problems in your 40's or 50's. Preventable problems. So I guess I think it's a bad thing, when a woman says 'Hey, I'm a big beautiful, sexy woman. This is the way I am. There's nothing I can do to change it, and I don't want to!'. If you are overweight, you are setting yourself up for a myriad of health problems. And that's just not sexy at all.
