Day 2
Yesterday would have been my third time going to Yoga class. I didn't make it yesterday. I will have to make up the class before it ends. I did the 12 yoga poses at home 3 times again as my routine. My YogaNow is on its way now. That's good. There are two 10 minute routines which will really help me on those days where I have exercise planned already.
