May's 21 day challenge
I am upset b/c I was going to jump rope each day for my 21 day challenge but have not gotten the jump rope yet. I don't really want to start my 21 day challenge late so I changed it for the month.
Day 1 - 4 minutes of crunches (variety)...2 minutes of side leg lifts (each leg)...this was tough - my hips really felt it.
I will do this in addition to my workouts each day.
