I struggled so much last month I am hoping to do better this month. My official monthly weigh in is tomorrow. I already know that I gained 4 pounds and lost those and may have lost an additional pound or two on top of that. Still progress. Every month or day can not be perfect. What's different this time is that in the past I would have given up by now. I am really proud of myself and that I am working through this struggle. I am really trying to determine if I will continue with my 21 day exercise challenges. Trying to do the challenge exercise in addition to the exercises I am already doing is tough. I may do weight loss challenges instead. I have signed up for some on the 3FatChicks website that I am a member of...I am not sure yet. If so I will do those in the Weightloss thread beginning in June.
