WOW - 3lbs/week...that would be nice. Well, I started my 2 miles today - I did it early this morning @ 7:15 - very chilly, but I enjoyed every minute of it. I definitely keep up my pace - I know when I need to slow down a bit but most of the time I can keep it at a high pace. I was happy this morning - usually when I walk the muscles on my chins begin to ache really bad - well, this morning they didn't hurt at all - not even after I finished the two miles.

I am just so excited about losing the weight.
