Since I have been struggling with my weight it has affected her in thinking she is "fat". She has since started to change her eating habits, reluctantly at first, since I refuse to allow the junk food to be a staple for her. Now junk food is a once in a while treat, not an everyday thing, I don't want to hear her in the future say mom you should of said no.
I think that's an awesome idea. I think junk foods should be seen as a treat instead of an everyday food item. If and when I have kids I will probably try to limit the junk to once a week.
