My Goals:

Short term: Maintain through PMS
140 by July 1st
Stick to my points!
130 by Dec 1st

I totally agree with setting smaller goals to achieve you larger goal. It is much easier to concentrate and stay motivated when your looking at a weekly goal or monthly goal than the whole picture. Seems more attanable and you will stick to it. And it feels good when you reach them.
