A couple years ago my husband bought me a jump (he was manager of a sporting goods store at the time and I asked him to buy it).
I tried to do it twice and, this may sound weird, but it hurt my butt to jump. It's been hanging in the garage ever since. I thought about trying it again the other day, but I am 30 pounds heavier than last time I tried.
maybe if I just do a little everyday?
