I have refigured my goals...I have a concert and trip to California July 13, 14, and 15th. I will be flying out on the 13th and be back home on the 15th.
My goals:
1) Lose 2.5 lbs per week.
2) Lose 30 lbs by July 13th.
3) Goal weight (July 13th) = 195
My short term goals (broken down)
4/27 = 222.5 lbs
5/18 = 215 lbs
6/15 = 205 lbs
7/13 = 195lbs
After seeing these numbers I will be able to measure my success. Thanks Scarr for the tips! After seeing these numbers I am more determined to get to that goal weight of 195...just to see the number 195 is exciting - I can only imagine how exciting it is going to be to see that on the scale @ that time.
