Pictures
Has anyone taken their picture before their weight loss journey? Have you taken pictures during the weight loss journey? If you have completed the weight loss journey have you taken an after picture?
I had my hubby take a picture of me in a swimsuit before my weight loss challenge (Jan 15, 2006) - these were pics I sent to BL auditions. I then had him take my picture in the same swimsuit on March 6th...then recently took another picture on April 16th. I can see a big difference in my weight - mostly in my stomach, legs, and butt. I actually have a bubble to my butt from the side view now...used to be really flat. The swimsuit I have on is a two piece - I rolled the top up where it looks like a bikini. I will be posting these pictures in our picture gallery for all to see. I have shown many in my family b/c I am proud of what I have accomplished thus far. I will be doing this monthly from now on...good motivation.
Seeing where I was and where I am now is amazing. I am doing this!
You might want to try this if you haven't done it b/c like I said before...great motivation tool! Makes me want to keep on keeping on!
