still been to the gym though and put in 40 lengths of the pool. I may enquire about a personal trainer 2-3 hours a week but to be honest I've always found working out a total bore.
Done my weeks shopping and been really careful about my choices, more veg and less red meat this week. Looking at the fat / calorie content on labels.

Hi, and welcome! You know, it could be that you're gaining MUSCLE and you are indeed losing fat. Of course, muscle weighs more than fat, so it's possible that the scale wouldn't show a loss of "weight" even if you are losing some fat. Do you think that could be the case?
