Wow - thanks for all the responses!

Now my question is this - do I use a workout video every day or just three times a week? I walk every day and will be using my Elliptical every day - I just don't want to burn myself out. Also...I have tried the Tae Bo a long time ago - I didn't want to do it b/c I was afraid that I didn't have my positions right...can I get around the worrying part and do the workouts?
When you mention weights for these shows - what size weights?
