Ok...thanks for the tips. I thought about bringing my family into the tape b/c they are who I am. I am thinking about taking the video camera with me this weekend - I am going to go shopping for a new top (family pictures with siblings)..getting my hair done - this will show a little about me - especially when shopping. I have a very hard time shopping b/c I do not like to see the results of my sizes...it is heartbreaking.
We are also going out to lunch Sunday - maybe I can have someone tape me at the restaurant and explain how I feel that everyone is looking at my plate and thinking that I do not need to be eating. I guess that I have some ideas on how to work this tape...now the part is getting me in front of the camera again!
My children are definitely supporting me in this decision - knowing that I will be away for awhile...they just want it so that I can play sports with them...and swim with them in public. My daughter, 10, knows how embarassing it is for me to get into a bathing suit - she says that we will ALL be happy when I lose the weight.
