Stephanie...I noticed the weight loss (signature) - way to go! You are doing awesome. I am starting my third week of BL workout and I am doing okay with it. I am doing what they recommended on the dvd - the first 3 weeks I am doing the Low Intensity and alternating with Sculpt & Tone. I love Sculpt and Tone - I have injured my back doing the Low Intensity workout (I think)...it is when we plant our feet and go back and forth with the upper body...I have had to slow down on my workouts this past week.

It is a very good workout - thanks to Aaron I was able to get my dvd and book.
