Hello and welcome to the boards!
My main inspiration is The Biggest Loser show (of course!!) but I also love watching other diet / lifestyle makeover shows. You're in the UK so do you like things like You are what you eat etc.?
I can't think of any dramas or movies but hopefully others will be able to offer some better suggestions.
Anyway look forward to reading more of your posts on here!
