I have to say that since I haven't been drinking pop every day my teeth are thanking me. My teeth are a lot whiter - feel better (not so sensitive)...when I first stopped drinking the pop I thought my teeth would feel better immediately...it has taken about a month for my teeth to feel better. I have noticed in recent pictures how much better my teeth look. That is something to

I don't like the taste of diet sodas- never have. When I started my weight loss journey I just started drinking water...bottled water - fill it with tap water a few times then toss the bottle. I didn't want to get started on flavored water b/c there can be calories in them....water doesn't have calories... I want to be able to eat my calories not drink them.
If I want a pop then I will have one...maybe once a week - if that.
