I agree that there can be something wrong with everything out there and I understand where you are coming from. I also agree that anything done in moderation is the key. I think I have pop maybe once a month or once every 2 months. Pop has tons of calories and sugar in it, that's why I tend to stay away from it...I don't want to jeopardize my weight.
