Glad to hear that you are @ 30 minutes on the elliptical. I have also increased my workout - I am now doing 1.5 hours each day - I started out with 30 minutes - then one hour - now 1.5 hours. I don't have any machines to workout on but walking is doing the job. I workout to videos (Leslie Sansone & BL)...will be starting yoga soon, too.
I can't wait to get my elliptical - just a few more months and I'll have it - I asked to get it for my birthday, which is July 1st. I did get my Cardio Glider back from my mom's house - I will be starting that soon. Probably start out slow and increase time as the weeks go on.
