The only things I can think of are 1) wait it out (very unsatisfactory, but most of the books I've read say if you can stick it out and not lose determination it'll go away) or 2) Try lowering your caloric intake. This may kickstart your weightloss into action again. Maybe just try it short term for like a week and see how you're doing then. You were at 1850 roughly before right? Maybe try 1400-1500/day for a while. It's still adequate as 1200 is the min for women and maybe it will help you. Just some suggestions, but of course since you have someone working with you on your diet maybe you should discuss it with them.

My caloric intake is higher because of what I am doing physically. When they calculated this figure of 1872 for me, it was based on me working out 5 times a week (3 times with the trainer)....since I am working out so much, I need to take in more calories. I did miss Monday and Tuesday at the gym and I missed 2 days last week, so that might have something to do with it
I am going to try the ephedrine, caffeine and aspirin combo to see how that works as well. I was told taking it makes it so your body is doing a low impact cardio workout ALL the time. I am starting that tomorrow, so hopefully things start moving forward for me again soon!
Thanks for all your help and suggestions, I appreciate it
