I've had one of those steamers for years and LOVE IT!!!!! It works great for cooking baked potatoes and they stay very moist. Just put hte potato on the little shelf bowl (with the holes in it) no water, and pop in the microwave for like 6-12 minutes depending on how many potatoes you have in there and how big they are.
