Weigh - 230lbs (lost 3 lbs - total 15 lbs since Feb 1st)

I am really happy about my weight but discouraged about the measurement numbers - they went down last week but are back up this week. I know that I have lost some inches b/c I can fit into clothes that I haven't been able to fit into. It is driving me crazy. I need to know about my body fat percentage lost - any ideas on how to find this out?
