Ohhh, naughty naughty. Starving your body will actually cause you to gain more weight in the end. Trust me; I made this diet mistake myself...with tragic results. Try having at least five meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, snack, dinner, and another snack…if you space each meal apart by no less then 2 hours, or no more then 3, you will see results. I know that for me, I lost 22lbs in no time following what I like to call the “common sense” policy. Portion control…the key to all things great.. If portion control is difficult for you, like it was for me….try finding yourself a program, like Nutrisystem, or Jenny Craig. Something that works for you and you know you can actually stick too. Just don’t starve yourself, because it’s going to lead to failure, and none of us here want that for you. Not to mention, it’s very unhealthy.
If you need advice, or just want to get some suggestions, feel free to ask. We all know what it’s like to be fat.
