I just wanted to state that not eating is not good for you. I used to do this all the time when I wanted to be thin a few years ago and it messed up my body big time. I read somewhere that people should normally be eating at LEAST 1200 calories a day. The more you eat, the faster your metabolism is and the faster you burn off fat.
