Welcome Aboard! As the others have mentioned the people in this forum are terrific. You just can't ask for better people to talk to every day. They inspire me, motivate me, and give me tips on how to succeed in my weight loss journey. I have become friends with many of them - they are the BEST! I try to post my journal every day but sometimes get too busy to sit at the computer - but when I do I am honest about everything. I feel good when others give me feedback on my journal - I know that they have read about my day and they are interested. It is nice having a journal talk back to you - giving you the okay to move on when you feel bad is great! You will soon see that we are all here for the same reasons and we'll do anything for anyone.
Keep up the great work but don't forget to eat...just watch calorie intake. It is important to keep your body in stable condition while you are on your weigh to lose weight - someone in here has mentioned in order for your car to work you have to care for it (fuel it)...this is the same with your body (food is our fuel) we need it to care for ourselves in the correct way.
