Hi-Glad you joined a gym and that you liked your first workout there. Yes, it is a lot different working out in a gym, especially with all the other people around. I think it helps push yourself more.
I've been working out at home and at the gym at the place I work. But, last weekend I went with my bf to his gym and wow, it was a lot different. He's a weightlifter so he did the weights and I did the treadmill. I tried the eliptical but I really don't like them. My legs are really short and I feel like I can't get a very good stride going. I don't know. Maybe I'm not doing it right. Maybe after this summer when my little one starts school I'll join the gym with him and start working out there. I need to do the weights also.
