I hope it will be just the kick in the pants that I need. Right now I am just doing some vidoeos that are about 20 minutes long in the morning. I figured these workouts were longer but wasn't sure how long they would be... so I thought i would ask so I can try to start getting up even earlier in the morning so I can start working out with the biggest loseras as soon as I get it
