Great information! I have determined that I am doing most of these things. What I need to work on from the list is eating dinner much earlier! After the weightloss competition ends on Friday, I will spend more time toning those muscles in addition to the workouts I am doing.
I am with you, walking is excellent. I usually walk 1 mile before work, 20 minutes with my students after lunch, and then do the treadmill for 60 minutes when I come home. Since I have started doing this, I feel so much better. I can't remember the last time my body felt this good.
