An Idea Regarding Cravings!!

I was reading on another website and came across a great idea for when you get a craving!!

It said that when you get the craving...immediately go and do some sort of exercise...it said to get to the gym or to take a walk around the block. Take your mind off of the food and focus on your weight loss instead!!

Just thought it might be an idea for those of you who are struggling with cravings.
