So, it's Saturday and I need to figure out what to do today. I woke up around 8:30am and my boyfriend made me some yummy breakfast. Egg whites, a piece of whole grain whole wheat toast with peanut butter and 1/2 a banana.

I find it hard to drink water in the morning...I'm never really thirsty real early in the mornings...anyone else find this?
