Keep working at it Carrie! I know it is frustrating! Give it 5 days, all you got, no cheating, think positively, and then weigh yourself and tell me how you feel in 5 days. I know you have worked out so hard, and I can't imagine that the salad dressing or crackers have really contributed to the gain.
