I was looking through my pictures online and wanted to post my children as my avatar b/c they are my motivation. My 3 children are the reason I am wanting to lose weight and be active. I want to be around a long time for my children - I want to play with them as they are still young - I want my children to be proud of me!
After losing 9 lbs in 3 weeks...my children are proud of me. That is the BEST feeling in the world.
