Patty_Ann's goals
My short term goals:
Lose 2 lbs per week.
Keep calorie intake low.
Exercise each day.
Smile each day! Be happy with the progress I have made.
My long term goals:
Be fit and looking good by age 30...July 1, 2007.
I want to be able to participate in a charity marathon next year.
I want to wear a size 10 again...if lower then that would be good too.
I want to feel comfortable in my own skin!
