Not to sound too critical, but of anyone on that season he, as a doctor, should know the most about metabolism and healthy eating and exercise. I found it really hard to like him, despite his kindness as a person, because I kept thinking he of all people should know better and what to do. Plus as a doctor he can afford to join a gym and buy healthy fresh foods. I liked him I guess, just not his situation as a doctor.
I'm glad he inspired people on TV and his patients. That makes anyone into good contestant because they are changing more than their own lives.
