I don't own a scale, so I have been measuring via tape. Thus far, between my hips, waist, and breast I've lost a total of 5 1/4 inches and that's over the past 2 weeks. I suggest using the tape on a weekly basis, because even though I don't feel as if I have lost weight really (personal feelings here), I know I've lost inches just by what the tape is telling me.

The numbers on the scale are not important, it's the inches lost that matter!! You should measure your weight loss by a measuring tape instead of the scale. Good luck!
