Baked Buffalo Chicken
4 (4 oz) Chicken Breast Halves OR Wings
¼ cup hot sauce (or salsa)
1 tablespoon white vinegar
1 tablespoon margarine
1 teaspoon celery seeds
1 /2 teaspoon pepper
Dressing for dipping (Ranch – optional)
Preheat oven 400. Lightly spray a 11x9 inch pan.
Combine all ingredients. Dip chicken in mixture. Brown chicken and place in pan.
Bake uncovered at 400 until done approximately 25-40 minutes
Points 5 per serving – makes 4 servings
