Short term:
To lose atleast 2 lbs. a week
Work out atleast 5 days a week for atleast 1 hr
Drink 8 glasses of water a day
Stay under my Weight Watcher points each day
Win the Biggest Loser Contest at my school on March 10th!
Fit into a size 12
Long Term goal:
Get down to atleast 150
Have the size 12's fitting baggy
Feel strong enough and healthy enough to start running
Run in a competition next year.
Make a lifetime commitment to myself to keep dieting and exercising even once I reach my goal weight.
