Goals
Wanted to know what your short-term and long-term goals are?
Short-Term:
-to lose 1-3 pounds a week
-to go to the gym 5 times a week for at least an hour
-to be able to walk up the 3 storey flight of my apartment building without being out of breath
-to fit into all my pants I wore pre-paxil meds
Long-Term:-to be down to 135-140 pounds
-to be able to wear and FEEL sexy in a bathing suit (hopefully a bikini!!)
-to make exercise and diet an important thing in my life
-to be overall healthy and in good shape
-to have the self-esteem I deserve
