Hi Damzel,

Wow a 4 hour session to put it together?? I remember the first time I got on the Eliptical and I HATED it!! 5 mins and I thought my knees were going to give out. Just look at it this way...how did it feel doing your first walking tape? I bet you were a little sore afterwards. Maybe you need to stretch a little before your workout. It is possible that you did pull something, so I suggest you take it easy. BUT....dont turn your new piece of equipment into a coat hanger yet. I would start out with a couple of minutes a day, say 3. Then the next day, do 3 mins and 15 seconds, then 3 mins and 30 seconds. Keep building up and before you know it, you will be doing a half hour or more. Even the most seasoned athletes will be sore trying a new exercise because it targets a whole different set of muscle groups. Dont give up on that machine. Try distracting yourself by talking to somebody else while you are on it, watch tv, or listen to music. Keep up the good work and you will be showing that eliptical who is boss!!
