Today is a very good day! I am feeling better - still have a cough but nothing too serious. I have been taking ZiCam (Cotton Swabs) since yesterday afternoon.
So far today:
Woke up @ 6:30am
Worked out @ 7:15 - 7:45am (30min) (W&K video)
Ate breakfast @ 8:30am (Special K cereal)
Went to the doctor's office to weigh in - I am down another 3 lbs. I am now @ 238....I am out of the 240's! Too cool!
Ate lunch @ 12:30pm (Special K cereal) - it just tastes so good.
It is currently 1:30pm and will be laying my little one and her daddy down for a nap. I will then work out to my Power Mile Walk w/Leslie Sansone. I will do this twice this afternoon. It will equal to 2 mile walk in 30 minutes.
I will get in here again later and post what the rest of the day was like.

Well...I worked out twice to the Power Mile Walk - total 30 minutes. I had a Chicken Salad for dinner w/ 2% milk. I did so good! Very proud of myself - I gave myself a treat - cookies and milk. I was still under the recommended calories.
