How reputation works.
There is a little above each post on the right that looks like this
This is your chance to give reputation to each other. This is used if you found a post from someone to be extremely helpfull or gave you a little inspiration. You can either agree or disagree with a post.
When you add reputation to a user it shows up in their
User CP.
The more reputation that you receive the more of these
you will get by your name. This is basically a way of congratulating you and letting others know that you have been very helpfull to other members.
I highly suggest that you use these. You would be suprised to see actaully how much it means to people when they log in and see that someone gave them some reputation.
It is also setup where you cant keep giving the same person reputation over and over, you must spread it around some before giving more to the same person.
Please use this wisely because once given it cant be undone.
