You have to spice up the treadmill, sometimes I watch TV, listen to music or even read when I am walking. Makes the time go by faster. Other times I try to spice it up by running/walking/jogging just to get the blood really pumping. Somebody told me that there is a treadmill DVD that is really helpful.
I also bought a Kickboxing Bootcamp DVD that I really like. I bought Taebo Cardio and it kicked my booty! I cannot move THAT fast yet! I could do all the moves, but they were really truckin' along. lol
My body is still soooo sore, but that is because I worked out a lot of muscles I didn't even know were there-Whew!
