That's a really good idea! I made Beths Dijon pork chops, and those were just wonderful. Probably the best pork chops I've ever eatten, and that's saying a lot because I can't stand pork chops usually.
I know there are people out there like myself who aren't always sure what you should make, or can get away with eatting. Recipes on this site are a great help!!
