I can't relate to cinnamon rolls, but, I have always been a sucker for french toast with brown sugar and butter. More or less, a heart attack waiting to happen when you add in the bacon, and the fried eggs.
Since I am not allow to have anything like that anymore, I resorted to Maple and Brown Sugar oatmeal. One package leaves me feeling very full, and, of course, guilt free.
I have to give you a lot of credit though...you managed to do what a lot of people couldn't. You wanted those cinnamon rolls, and actually took the time to read what you were putting into your body. In turn, you made the right choice.

That must have been so hard. Kudos to you!!!
