The Get Off Your Butt Challenge

Everyone do something today to better yourself. Make at least one exercise goal you would like to achieve. Make it last for at least 30 minutes. If you can do 45min to an hour, good for you! The point of this is just to get yourself moving.

Jog in one spot for 30min
Go for a nice outdoor walk
Do 1/2 an hour of ab crunches
Try some jumping jacks
or skipping
for those of you with a gym membership..spend some time there today

Then, make some time for relaxation.
Light some candles and take a nice long hot bubble bath
Read a book
Listen to some soothing music

Set aside some time everday to do something for you.
