Egg yolks do not contain much protein...the egg whites is where the protein is. You can buy the Nature Egg Simply Egg Whites at most grocery stores near the Cottage Cheese. In the egg whites there are only 25 calories and 25g of protein in one carton.

Low Fat Cottage Cheese also has a lot of protein...in 1/2 a cup you get 15g of protein.

In the cheese section, look for a white cheese called Allegro 4% Skimmed Milk Cheese..it's a low fat cheese and in a 30g serving you get 11g of protein.

You can also buy turkey or chicken bites that are made by Piller's. They are usually located near the lunch meat aisle. They are sort of like pepperette sticks, but the turkey or chicken ones are way better for you. In one stick, there is only 50 calories, 2.5g of fat and 7g of protein.

Cooked turkey breast is also a great source of protein. Or go to a health club and buy their Protein Powder shakes.
