Hi my name is raine and I am wondering how to tighten up the loose skin that I have due to large weight lost. I was 417 lbs and are currently 290 lbs. I currently work out 5-6 dys a week from 1 1/2 hrs to 2 hrs. I do a mixture on M-W-F of epiliptical and weights with a class of cardio and on my off days I do jump rope, cardio and upper and lower floor workout exercises. I have a pair of bird wing arms now and these flaps of skin in between my legs

....I would love suggestions. I am new to this biggest loser phenomenon. I have noticed many of them do not have flappy arms and legs.

And suggestions are more than appreciated.
